  • What are your shipping rates?
    The shipping cost will always be FREE.
  • My package arrived damage.
    1. Contact us via phoning us (081-541-5365) or DM us (@Blooming plantshop1). 2. We need to inspect your product first, by taking photos of the product and DM us (@Blooming plantshop1). 3. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your damage product. 4. If you are approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
  • Can I change the shipping address after I already placed my ordered?
    Yes, but please notify us immediately by phoning us (081-541-5365) or DM us (@Blooming plantshop1).
  • What are your opening hours?
    Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm Saturday-Sunday: Close
