2. We need to inspect your product first, by taking photos of the product and DM us (@Blooming plantshop1).
3. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your damage product.
4. If you are approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
