Shipping Policy

After you have purchased our items, we will contact you via your email to confirm. The shipping cost is always FREE. Our shipment method would always deliver that day. However, if the customer's location is more than 35 kilometers from our shop, delivery will take a few days (3-5 days).

Return & Exchange Policy

Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
